Denny Bini is part of a growing number of small-production wineries in the region making organic, artisanal wines that have been instrumental in creating something of a renaissance for Lambrusco producers and enthusiasts. This wine is a blend of different Lambrusco varietals and shows much more of that richer, darker color that people often expect for Lambrusco. Dark berry fruits, juicy acidity, and a dusty tannic backbone make this a scorcher to have alongside a little salumi and cheese, and especially with friends.
